1. No Returns or Exchanges / No Refund
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been sold.
- As our styles are made to order, each piece is crafted specifically for each customer, so we encourage careful selection before purchase.

2. Alterations
- If the product requires any adjustments, a one-time complimentary alteration will be provided.
- Fittings issues can be there and are normal as trials may not happen in person, as the measurements are shared with us, any such issues shall be dealt promptly for a possible solution.
- Requests for alterations should be communicated within 2 days of delivery.
- For alterations, please email us with a clear description of the issue and attach relevant images.
3. Reporting an Issue
- To ensure quality, we request that any concerns or issues be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Please provide clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue. This will help us assist you more effectively.
- Post chekcing the details we shall suggest the best possible solution.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with images and specific details.
- Our team will assess the issue, and if the product is deemed defective, we will guide you on the next steps.
5. Custom Orders
- Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases of damage during transit, which must be reported within 48 hours.
- Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, alterations are limited, and additional charges may apply for extensive modifications/alternations.
- It is the sole responsibility of the client to share the complete and accurate measurements in writing, in case any of the elements are missing, the required alterations will be done, but the designer can’t be held responsible for the same.
- In case any measurement is provided by the client will be taken as a reference, and the outfit shall be made accordingly, keeping the silhouette of the garment into consideration, and the necessary changes may happen. These may not be informed to the client as it’s a part of the garment.
- Under no circumstances the designer be blamed for any error related to measurements or fittings as the actual measurements were not taken by the designer or his team in person. No return or refund shall be applicable in this scenario.
6. Exceptions to Policy
- Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain categories, such as intimate wear or accessories, may not qualify for alteration or repair.

- Babitam.com reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on our website.

Partial COD Payment Policy
At Babita.com, we strive to ensure a transparent and fair shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our Partial COD Payment Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. What is Partial COD?
Partial COD is a service offered by Babita.com wherein customers pay a small percentage of the order amount in advance to confirm their order, while the remaining balance is paid in cash upon delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Advance
Once an order is confirmed using Partial COD, the advance amount paid is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
Order cancellations initiated by the customer after confirmation
Non-availability or refusal to accept delivery by the customer
Change of mind or delay in delivery due to customer unavailability
Return of products for personal reasons (not related to defect or damage)
3. Why is the Advance Non-Refundable?
The advance amount collected helps us:
Authenticate genuine orders and reduce fake COD requests
Initiate order processing, product allocation, and packing
Cover partial logistics and handling costs involved in dispatch
This policy helps ensure fair usage of our resources and enhances delivery efficiency for all customers.
4. Exceptions
The advance may be refunded only in the following scenarios:
There is a confirmed failure in service, or the product is not dispatched from our end
In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Customer Acknowledgement
By selecting Partial COD at checkout and paying the advance amount, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Non-Refundable Policy.
Partial Payment Terms & Conditions:
- Partial Payment Confirmation: Upon successful partial payment, your order will be confirmed and processing will begin. You will receive an email notification detailing your partial payment, the remaining balance, and the due date for the final payment.
- Payment Due Date: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the shipment, whichever comes first. Failure to complete the payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of your order.
- Payment Options for Remaining Balance: You can conveniently pay the remaining balance using any of our accepted online payment methods, which include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, digital wallets as applicable with the payment gateway. Details for completing the payment will be accessible through your account dashboard.
- Order Processing & Shipment: Orders placed with partial payment will only be processed for shipment after the full outstanding balance has been successfully received. We will notify you once your order is ready for dispatch after full payment.
- Cancellation Policy (Strict Enforcement): As previously stated, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after 24 hours from the time of order placement. This policy is in place due to the immediate initiation of raw material procurement and production processes upon partial payment.
- No Refund for Partial Payment on In-Process/Completed Orders: If the order is already in the manufacturing process or has been completed, the partial payment made is non-refundable, even if the remaining balance is not paid. This covers the costs incurred up to that stage
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to partial payments, cancellations, or refunds will be resolved in accordance with our full Terms of Service. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team promptly for any clarification or assistance.
- Communication: All official communications regarding your partial payment status, remaining balance reminders, and payment links will be sent to the email address registered with your order. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and regularly checked.
- Partial COD: The term Partial CODE means the partial amount to be paid now and the remaining before shipment.
- Modification of Terms: These terms for partial payments are subject to change without prior notice. The terms applicable will be those in effect at the time of your order placement.
